The “Creative Tibet” Pavilion
At “Creative Tibet,” in addition to innovative products on sale, there were fun installations using yak manure, such as the power generator using yak manure, which could also be made into recycled paper and even ice cream, isn’t it incredible?

Innovation was just part of the exhibition, “Creative Tibet” also had a social welfare goal. The hand-painted Tibetan incense is part of a targeted poverty reduction program sponsored by Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security of Nyingchi. Thangka art of “Snow White” is targeted for farmers and herders training in Lulang Township and MilinCounty of Nyingchi. “Creative Tibet” would pay for the farmers and herders’ illustrations and be responsible for their sales as part of an ongoing targeted poverty reduction model program.
