It is understood that up until this point in time, the Chengguan District of Lhasa has invested a total of 454 million RMB, including implementation of 15 "pure land" industry projects, benefitting 4,930 households and 14,947 people. Each household gained an average annual income of 6,000 RMB and an annual per capita income of 2,000 RMB. The "pure land" industry has been developing to the mutual advantage of the masses, making it a win-win situation.
