April 28, the 16th "Songtsan Cup" Basketball Match was held at the China Tibetology Research Center for Tibetan related units in Beijing.

The Tibetology Research Institute Team from the Central University For Nationalities and the Lanneret Joint Team enters the final match and the later team wins the match cup.

The female team from Beijing Jiaotong University won the cup of female match before.

Organized by the Tibetan related units in turn, "Songtsan Cup" Basketball Match began in 1989 and launches in every Spring for nearly one month. The female teams have attended since the 10th match.

This 16th march was organized by the China Tibetology Research Center with nearly 20 teams attending.
