2012 Tibet Junior Football Tournament to kick off in early July

The 2012 Tibet U-13 Junior Football Tournament is scheduled to be held from July 2 to 6 in southwestern Tibet's Shigatse Prefecture, with its draw ceremony held on June 14.
A total of 15 matches will play during the five-day tournament, with three matches a day, at the prefectural stadium of Shigatse, said Dekyi Padma, director of the match division under the Tibet Sports Bureau.
The tournament will have nine players with the average age below 13 in each team, and all match rules, including penalty, will follow international standards, added Dekyi Padma.

A match of the tournament will usually last 70 minutes with 60-minute playing time and 10-minute break between the two halves.
The U-13 junior football tournament hosted by Tibet in recent years provides a new channel for promoting Tibet's junior football and scouting football talents.
