Tibetan girl ranks second in Asian rock climbing

A Tibetan girl won the second place in rock climbing at the 20th Asian Climbing Championships in south China's Guangxi Province, according to the Tibet climbing team.

In addition, the Tibetan contestant, Rinchen Lhamo, finished third in women's difficulty event in the championships held from April 25 to 28 in Baise City of Guangxi.

The championships attracted over 100 famous climbers in the Asian circle to take part in seven items of four major events, including men's and women's difficulty, speed, rock climbing events and mixed speed relay race.
