China’s vast size and natural resources, combined with the power of Mother Nature, have created many amazing sights. A few rivers are well-known for their dramatic bends and stunning sights. 

  The unique horseshoe shape of a turn in Jinsha River, which is at the junction of Sichuan Province, Yunnan Province, and the Tibet Autonomous Region.

 
The Lancang River meanders from Zadoi County, Qinghai Province. The many dramatic turns along the way nurture the land and the people of Qinghai Province, Yunnan Province and the Tibet Autonomous Region.

   The big “U-turn” in Nùjiāng is a grand sight on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
