The stunning scenery of the Zhada Clay Forest in Zhada County of Ngari Prefecture, western Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR). Entering the Zhada County, tourists will be greeted by the clay forest standing on both sides of the Elephant Spring River with an area of 2,464 square kilometers. The clay forest is sculpted by natural erosion. The sediment of lakes and rivers, mainly composed of sandstone and clay, has formed into various shapes.
