The first ever China Tibet International tourist culture music festival will be held between September 12th and 15th, by the 3rd China Tibet Tourism and Culture Expo committee and publicity group of the Tibet Autonomous Region Party Committee publicity Department.

Organizers of this festival have invited famous musicians from around China including the Wan Xiaoli threesome, the international musicians Zichan Qi and Haimuridan, experimental musician Fangqiong Zhu, ethnic musicians Della Tsering, Maocao Zhou as well as Man Xinwei, the Jiang Hu band, Guge Tsetop & Rockers, Qingtang band, Dishui Band and more.

Other than these spectacular acts, there will be a great chance to see the living intangible cultural asset artist Tersing Wangchuk as well as the eagle flute tradition inheritor Yugu and other ethnic musicians.

There will be singers from the Anduo grassland as well as mountain song performers from the Nyingchi mountain area. Even Sherpa folk song singers from the base of Mount Qomolangma will participate. Singers are from around the country and from various ethnic groups as well as versatile styles will all take part in this colorful event.
