On July 2nd and 3rd artists from the Central Ethnic Song and Dance Group gave splendid performances in Lhasa at the Autonomous Region Tibetan Opera Arts Center for all nationalities and all kinds of listeners.

During this condolence performance all kinds of national songs where performed with voices chimed in, orchestration and other vocal accompaniment amongst other forms of performance. Tradition and contemporary where brought into fusion and the spirit of national culture was interpreted from different layers.

The performances gained great applause from those that attended and many people took out their mobile phones to record and leave a memory. There was also a great number of people that posted what they say on WeChat within the first few moments of the performance. Dolma stated in his post that the “splendid melodies cultivate character, the fatigue that the day brought along faded with the music, and the heart was thereby purified, thank you to the Central Ethnic Song and Dance Group for this splendid and dazzling performance.”
