Iran's president has started his visit to France, the second stop of his European tour.
Hassan Rouhani's visits follows the EU lifting sanctions over Iran's nuclear deal.
Rouhani said on his arrival in Paris that his visit aims to strengthen bilateral ties and enhance relations with Europe.
"We want to see good relations with the European Union, including France. My visit is intended to strengthen bilateral ties and enhance relations that can benefit both countries. God willing, we will be able to take the steps in this direction."
After meeting with French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius and Economy Minister Emmanuel Macron, Rouhani is also set to meet with French business leaders including the bosses of oil major Total and aircraft maker Airbus.
Iran has reportedly planned to buy around 110 planes from Airbus.
He is due to deliver a speech to business leaders to outline some business plans.
Rouhani's first European stop, in Italy, witnessed the signing of several deals.
