The 2nd Tibet Namtso International Hiking will be launched on August 4 with a topic of "Cheering for Beijing Olympics & Creating Plateau Tourism Brand".

The Hiking will include four parts, hiking sport, hiking tour, hiking culture and hiking photography.

A famous Chinese talkshow host, Cui Yongyuan will also take part in the activity as a prolocutor.

The activity is organized by Lhasa People's Government, Damxung People's Government, China Volkssport Association (CVA) and Beijing Daily Hiking Sports Center.
