Authorized by the General Administration of Sport of China,  the News Committee of the Chinese Olympic Committee and China International Sports Travel, the 2007 World Beauty Challenge Contest will be held in Nyingchi from October 1 to 15.

The contest aims at promoting the sport travel, carrying forward the Olympic spirit, publicizing the Olympic culture, improving development in western China and strengthening the international sport culture communication, service and building a harmonious society via displaying healthy and beautiful female style.

The contest will include: highway cycle track, drift contest in Yarlung Zangbo River, Lulang Underwood traversing, Basum Co cowskin raft competition, virgin forest directional cross, icy snow peak mountaineering, folk toxophily match, field surviving game, experiencing Tibetan folk life and photography contest. Females from Beijing, Athens, Sydney, Atlanta and London together with women reporters from all over the world will participate in the contest.

All the recruiting will be offered to every charming woman and they can apply via web or appointed institutions.
