Tibetan athletes of the middle-distance race team gained an outstanding achievement with two gold and one silver medals in the 10th national cross-country championship held in Qing County of Guizhou Province. 

A total of 28 provinces and cities participated in the competition. Tobgye, leading player of Tibetan team successively won the gold medal in 8 km race for male youth group with the result of 25minutes 15 seconds and took the second place in 6 km race with 18 minutes 41seconds. Both of his results had broken the original record in Tibet (26minutes 5 seconds and 18 minutes 48seconds).

Tibetan athletes swept the top two matches of 6km race for male teenager group. Mikyo Nyim won the gold medal with the result of 19minutes 26 seconds, creating a new record in Tibet.
