Tibetan children celebrate International Children's Day

Dozens of small hands stretched into the blue sky showing their love to life. The moving song in sign language titled “The Grateful Heart” performed by disabled children of Tibetan and other ethnic groups touched everyone.
Before the International Children’s Day, children sang songs to celebrate it in Dzongyab Lukang Park, Lhasa, capital of Tibet’s on May 27.
Hundreds of Lhasa children from all kindergartens, elementary schools and special education school wore beautiful clothes and expressed their confidence to the promising future.
Zhao Fangfang, a disabled girl from a special education school told the reporter by her little hands: “Although I cannot see nor hear, I also feel happy about the Children’s Day. I wish all children around the world could enjoy the special day! ”
Tenzin Norbu, a dancer of “I Am A Little Green Guard”, was a student in Grade Three of Lhalu Elementary School. He said: “I hope all the children can protect their homes!”
