Dzamlha, party secretary of Arza Village in Jiali County, Nagqu Prefecture of Tibet Autonomous Region has exerted great efforts in persuading parents into sending their kids to school.

Besides, Dzamlha also takes the responsibility in bringing students living far away back home, and sending them to school everyday. Currently, altogether 9 students have stayed at her home.
