The Dalai Lama and Rebiya Kadeer co-star in farce
Leaders of the two separatist groups recently have staged an anti-China farce on two islands of Eurasia.
The Dalai Lama of the "Tibet independence" met with British Prime Minister David Cameron "privately" and sent out the breaking news that Chinese special agents are training Tibetan women to get close to him in the disguise of believers with poison applied to their hair so that the Dalai Lama would be poisoned when he touches their head to bless them.
According to the report of Agence France-Presse on May 20, the "Tibetan government-in-exile" also said in a statement that China is secretly collecting blood, urine and hair samples of the Dalai Lama to step up its efforts to murder him.
On the other hand, Rebiya Kadeer of the "Eastern Turkistan" organized meetings in Japan with a gang of separatists that she recruited and some Japanese rightists. She also visited the Yasukuni Shrine, symbol of the foreign aggression of Japanese militarism in history.
According to BBC reports, Rebiya Kadeer made a donation to the Japanese rightist organizations in Tokyo on May 18, claiming to help the Tokyo Municipal Government "buy" China's Diaoyu Island and that she "hopes Japan could buy China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region".
Though they are at the two ends of the Eurasia, raving irrelevantly. To think it over, you will find what they said is by no means an coincidence.
Firstly, both of the shows of the Dalai Lama and Rebiya Kadeer indicate that the two separatist forces are getting to the dead end politically. The common scheme of "splitting China" brought them into collusion long ago. The intimate photo of them has become a laughing stock to the world.
Being engaged in splittism for a longer time, the Dalai Lama is moreexperienced and more active. After the "7.5" Incident in Urumqi, he prologued of Rebiya Kadeer’s new book in person, openly addressed Xinjiang as "East Turkestan" and announced that he would "keep friendship" with Rebiya Kadeer.
On April 21 this year, the two met with each other again in Los Angeles of the US, taking photos together and flattering each other.
From March 2011 till March 2012, the Dalai clique has instigated and plotted a series of self-immolations in the intersection area of China’s Sichuan, Gansu, and Qinghai Province, inciting young and innocent monks to give up their lives in flame in attempt to force the Chinese government to make concessions for their separatist activities, which ended up with a complete failure.
Meanwhile, Rebiya Kadeer made use of the "World Uyghur Congress"and "East Turkistan" to stir up violent terrorist incidents in Xinjiang, which was doomed to failure as well.
At the time of crisis, both need to create some gimmick to make a blockbuster by demonizing China, preventing "Tibet independence" and the "East Turkistan independence" from being marginalized, and fishing more money from foreigners.
However, they were too desperate to consider how much they should pay and what they could get. Whether the two had discussed it in advance or not, they did share the same ideas this time.
Secondly, both are insane. Having realized that it is a mission impossible for them to separate China, they had come to their wits' end that they began to resort to such inferior tricks.
The 14th Dalai Lama's statement about the "poisoned hair" was so ridiculous that even the western media had cast doubt to it with reports titled "Dalai Lama feared poisoned hair plot" in newspapers.
The Global Post of the U.S. scoffed that if Beijing used poisoned hair to assassinate him, "What next? Send in the flying monks?" and even suggested that "he needs a new doctor to treat his dizziness."
Unforunately, what the Dalai Lama intended to make a topic to demonize and attack China in the international community has ended up in making himself a laughing stock.
According to the reports: on March 16, the Dalai clique's "congress" held an summons ritual for the Nechung Guardian Deity, protector of the Buddha, to make final decisions to the key issues of its "political and religious cause" in the next step.
As expected, the Guardian Deity gave them instructions to chant Six-Word Memoirs, or Buddhist scriptures standing for mercy, for the Dalai Lama's longevity wholeheartedly, and the "congress" immediately instructed all exiled Tibetans to do so.
Will David Cameron, the British host of the Dalai Lama, feel proud of such ridiculous words?
Rebiya put herself in an even lower class. She sought refuge with the right-wing Japanese nationalists to work for Japanese militarism, deemed as the worst deed by both domestic and overseas Chinese, including the Uyghur group.
At that time, it was the Japanese war criminals who started suicide attacks to the American army, which didn't change the fate of the Japanese militarism.
However, nowadays Rebiya sought spiritual consolation from these Fascist spirit, which exposes her internal terrorism. Will these Fascist "ghosts" help her?
The hands of the war criminals worshipped at Japan's Yasukuni Shrine were stained with the blood of Chinese as well as that of the British and American soldiers during the Pacific War.
A visit to Yasukuni Shrine is what the Dalai Lama has dreamed but dares not to do so while Rebiya's visit showed she has a more insane mind that the Dalai Lama.
Currently the governments of the United Kingdom and Japan insisted on opening their own territory to China’s separatist forces regardless of China’s firm opposition and the consequences of the deterioration of bilateral relations. Essentially, they are interfering into China's internal affairs in order to contain China's development.
According to Kyodo News, prominent figures of the Japanese right-wing political party not only attended the opening ceremony of Rebiya's "World Uyghur Congress", but also shout "China maintains that the Senkaku Islands (that is, the Diaoyu Islands) is a Chinese territory, and China regards it as its 'core interest' to put pressure on Japan. So we must be united and fight for Uighur as well". This shows that in Japan some people not only want to occupy Chinese Diaoyu Islands but also get China’s Xinjiang. The Japanese ambition of invading remains unchanged, just as its former militarism.
Megan Murphy, scholar of University of London pointed out that the Cameron-Dalai Lama meeting and the "World Uyghur Congress" held in Japan all reflect that the Western world has not put down the soft resistance gesture to the extremely sensitive issues of China such as religion and sovereignty.
What is most interesting is that some big powers actually follow the Dalai Lama's path. According to foreign reports, when responding to the conspiracy to assassinate the Dalai Lama, Victoria Nuland, U.S. State Department spokesman said "I do not have a specific message ", but he also said seriously "We are making every effort to give the Dalai Lama protection" .
The Hindustan Times reported that "New Delhi has quietly conducted a security check, requiring the 'Tibetan government-in-exile' to strengthen the security for the Dalai Lama, and issue a relevant instruction to the police of Himachal Pradesh."
I quite agree with the efforts of both governments of the United States and India, and suggest that they protect the Dalai Lama by all means since if there is a mishap, it is not easy to find another puppet like him!
No matter how energetically the Dalai Lama and Rebiya play in the international show and get mushy, the fact that Tibet and Xinjiang are China’s territory cannot be changed, nor can they change the pace of the development of Chinese national unity.
Objectively speaking, at this time they cannot expect their masters to fall out with China just for them. Instead, their existence makes Chinese people more alert, more attentive to improve their ability to oppose to separatism and to safeguard our national sovereignty. This vigilance and capacity is very precious for China, who has enjoyed peace for a long time. As for those politicians who are crazy about bringing trouble to China, they themselves should get the disastrous results due to their actions of undermining China's interests.
