Losang Gyaltsen re-elected as director of the Standing Committee of Tibet People's Congress
Losang Gyaltsen was re-elected as director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Tibet Autonomous Region at the first session of the 11th People's Congress of Tibet Autonomous Region on Jan. 30.
Losang Gyaltsen, an ethnic Tibetan, was born in 1957 in Chagyab County, southwest China's Tibet.
He was elected as director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Tibet Autonomous Region in January 2017.
