A delegation consisted of students studying in the High-level Tibetan Buddhism College of China, the highest Tibetan Buddhist academy of China, held a dharma assembly and traditional scripture debating event in the Guyan Temple in Kaohsiung during their recent visit to China's Taiwan for cultural exchanges.

"I was very surprised, but also gained a lot of inspiration. Having all these monks from the college to introduce Tibetan Buddhism is very significant for Buddhist cultural exchanges across the strait. The advanced Buddhist quality and modesty of Thutop Sengge Lama and the scholars and monks, especially their spirit of exploration showed in the debate, left a deep impression on me and the believers," said Huidu, abbot of the temple.
