"Lotus Pavilion" in cloud
Known as the "Lotus Pavilion", the Metok Menluo Culture and History Museum is located in Metok County of Nyingchi City, Tibet Autonomous Region.
The museum is funded with 7.6 million yuan (1.2 million US dollars) by the Zhangzhou municipal government of Fujian Province in September of 2012.
The museum features a geographic overview of Metok County, as well as the agricultural practices, lifestyle, ancient hunting culture, religious customs, textiles and handcrafts of Menluo.
Besides, the museum also showcases Metok’s changes,unique natural and tourist resources.
