I.Snow Lotus Flower

Snow Lotus Flower, which grows at an elevation between 4,800 and 6,000 meters in the gaps of the everlasting snow covered rock, is a kind of medicinal herb in composite families.

The wild Snow Lotus Flower is an antipyretic and detoxicating medicine. It has lots of medicinal functions, such as eliminating colds, fortifying yang, warming the womb and so on. It mainly cures rheumatic arthritis, the back sour lumbago, sexual impotence, abnormal menstruation, flesh wound hemorrhages, and other symptoms. The Snow Lotus Flower is one of the rare herbs in the snow-covered altiplano.

Tips:

Mix together 50 g of Snow Lotus Flower and 500 ml of wine for a period of ten days. Drinking 30-50mleverydayis appropriate. You can alsoboil9-15g of Snow Lotus Flower because drinking the flower extract has many benefits. If you are wounded, just grind the flower into powder and apply it to your wound.

II.Aweto

Aweto is a kind of worm in winter, although it turns into a kind of grass in summer months. It is listed as the treasure of rare Chinese medicinal herbs and is called "soft gold" in Tibet.

Aweto is sweet in taste, warm in nature, and attributive to lung and kidney channels.

It is rich in various microelements and helps to invigorate lung, liver and kidney functions; supplements essence; improves inspiration to relieve dyspnea; eliminates phlegm; and stops bleeding. Aweto is a good tonic and an ideal remedy for treating a long-termcoughs and weaknesses including asthma, sputum with blood, aching knees and waist, as well as impotence.

Tips:

It is good to braise Aweto with chicken or duck, and it can also be dunked into wine.
