The recruitment will start in March and the 200 teachers will be distributed across 100 schools in Tibetan areas.

The volunteer teachers will be selected from students majoring in preschool education and will be selected from seven colleges and universities, including Lanzhou City University and Northwest Normal University, located in the provincial capital, Lanzhou city.
