1. Mt.Namjagbarwa

Mt. Namjagbarwa,located in the Nyingchi Prefecture in the east of Tibet, was listed in the "most breathtaking places in China" sponsored by the China National Geography magazine in 2006.
The 7,787-meter-tall mountain is usually covered with fog and cloud in spring and summer due to the low altitude and high humidity. So the dry season, from the early autumn to the spring is the best time to appreciate it.
2. Mt.Qomolangma

The season for trekking Mt.Qomolangma Base Camp extends from mid-September to May. From early September when the monsoonal rains decrease. By end of September through to December the weather is usually stable with mild to warm days, cold nights. February, March, April, May, October, November, December are favorable to do Mt.Qomolangma Base Camp trek.
The Mt.Qomolangma might be covered by mist during monsoon season of this area.
Weather in the mountains is notoriously difficult to predict. At night it is generally cooler, while the days are generally warm. Winter (January and February) will be bit colder but the days can be quite beautiful and warm if the sun is out.
The best place to view the Mt.Qomolangma is in Tibet. The Mt.Qomolangma Base Camp in Tibet is located at an altitude of 5,545 metres (18,192 ft) and is used when climbing via the northeast ridge. The North Base Camp has vehicle access (at least in the summer months) through a 100km road branching to the south from the Friendship Highway near Shegar. Climbers typically rest at base camp for several days for acclimatization; to reduce the risks and severity of altitude sickness.
3. Karuola Glacier

Lying about 5,600 meters north of the main peak of Karuola Mountain., Karuola Glacier is about 71 kilometers from Gyangtse County, Shigatse Prefecture of southwest Tibet.
It is amazing that due to the smoke and dust from passing vehicles on the highway nearby, the entire glacier looks like being divided into two layers - black and white, which gives a distinctive beauty to this masterpiece of nature.
4. The Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon

The Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon is one of the deepest and longest canyons in the world.
The Yarlung Zangpo River starts at Mount Kailash before reaching the juncture of Mainling and Medog counties, where it swerves around towering Namjagbarwa, the highest peak in the eastern section of the Himalayas, carving a U-shaped gorge. The canyon is home to many animals and plants barely explored and affected by human influence, while its climate ranges from subtropical to Arctic.
5. The Zhada Clay Forest

The Zhada Clay Forest is regarded as a world wonder by the tourists. The wilderness soon catches tourists' hearts when they see the Earth Forest extending far to the horizon.
Entering into Zhada County, the clay forest standing on both sides of Elephant Spring River winds over more than five kilometers. The clay is like warriors defending the mountaintop, some like thousands of horses galloping, and some like devout followers of a religion nurturing themselves, standing there quietly. From different angles, you can see wonderful scenery.
Ngari also has some other famous tourist sites, such as the Mapham Yutso Lake, the holy Mountain of Kangrinboqe, the Lannga Co Ghost Lake, the Pangong Tso Lake, the Tsada Toding Monastery and the ruins of Guge Kingdom.
Others sights include sightseeing in Norbu Lingka (a beautiful garden on the suburb of Lhasa), living in the holiday village by Basum Lake (a holy lake at the foot of glaciers) and visiting Sangmu Village.
