Elderly Tibetans enjoy happy life in nursing home
Senior people are having dinner in Regong Nursing Home, in Tongren County of the Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in northwest Qinghai province on Nov. 12.
Regong Nursing Home is home to 96 childless elderly people in Tongren County of Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, northwest China’s Qinghai Province.
With an area of 4,000 kilometers, the nursing home is equipped with bathroom, pager and wardrobe in every room, which can accommodate 100 people.
Considering the needs of the aged, it also sets up many living facilities such as chanting room, activity room, laundry as well as chess room, so as to provide a comfortable living environment and enrich the elder people’s life.
