Bome County, meaning "ancestor" in Tibetan language, is located at the junction of Mt. Nyainqentanglha and Himalayas in southeastern China's Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR), 636 kilometers away from Lhasa, capital city of Tibet, and 279 kilometers to the Nyingchi Airport.
