Li Suzhi, second-in-command of Tibet Military Region and President of the General Hospital of Tibet Military Region is famous for tackling a number of difficult medical cases on the plateau and popular among the Tibetans. Farmers and herdsmen brought brocade banners and hada to show their gratitude for his dedication of offering medical services on the the holy plateau.
