LHASA-The Tibet Autonomous Region People's Congress and Tibet People's Political Consultative Conference will review the regional 12th Five-Year Plan(2011－2015) on their annual sessions this month, China Tibet Online reported.

"Compared with the two sessions of the previous years, the 12th Five-Year Plan will greatly boost the development of TAR," said Pang Boyong, an inspector of Tibet People's Congress Standing Committee at  the sessions' first press conference on Thursday.

He said the 12th Five-Year Plan, based on the 11th Five-Year Plan, will serve as the guideline for Tibet's development from 2011 to 2015.

"The plan pays more attention to Tibetan people's livelihood and the protection of Tibet's environment," he said.
