The map shows the trip from Lhasa to Kathmandu.
A 24-year-old adventurous woman braved torrential rains and blizzards to cycle more than 1,000 km from Lhasa, capital of the Tibet autonomous region, to Kathmandu, capital of Nepal.
The woman, an accountant from Quzhou, Zhejiang Province, who did not want to be named, arrived in Lhasa by train last month.
She pedaled at nearly 4,000 meters above sea level for 12 days before reaching Kathmandu.
The woman said the only reason she undertook the rather treacherous journey was to "experience nature in all its glory".
