The 4th China Beijing International Cultural and Creative Industry Expo(ICCIE) was held in Beijing from Nov. 25 to 29, with Tibet signing five project contracts worth 745 million yuan (109 million U.S. dollars).

The old-fashioned wooden loom from Jeidexiu township of Konggar became the advocate of local clothing culture on the trade fair. 

Jeidexiu township of Konggar located in Lhoka county is known for reputation as "Village of aprons and hometown of Pulu". Almost all the local Tibetans could weave Pulu and other traditional clothes. At present, Pulu from Jeidexiu township has been applied to list Pulu as the national intangible cultural heritage.
