Photo from Xinhua shows a tourist is taking photos of the wild rhesus macaques searching food at the foot of the mountain on December 3. Local farmers in Linze Village, Gongbo Gyamda County, eastern Tibet's Nyingchi had spared 163 mu farmland for pea-planting to feed wild rhesus macaques in the mountain since it was found in 2003. By now, the number of rhesus macaques has witnessed dramatic growing and it forms a specific scene that a large number of rhesus macaques searching food at the foot of the mountain all the year round.
