An aid-Tibet program co-sponsored by the Youth Federation of Tibet Autonomous Region and Shanghai Eastern Benevolence Foundation was launched in Lhasa, Tibet, the same day. The project includes sponsoring excellent high school students from poor families to finish high school study, sending inland excellent volunteer teachers to train middle school teachers in Tibet, and building computer classrooms and libraries in remote areas of Tibet, photo from Xinhua.
