Funded by Hunan Province, a 1.5-million-yuan drinking water project in Shajin Village of Xuecheng Township in Li County in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province will be completed in late November. It will help 178 households of 780 people solve drinking water problem once it's put into operation.
