The compilation of Tibet Hydrology Almanac has started recently under the direction of Ministry of Water Resources and TAR People's Government in a bid to resume its compilation which started in 1983.

TAR Water Resources Bureau has held a meeting on Tibet Hydrology Almanac recently and set up a working group on the compilation and publication of Tibet Hydrology Almanac, which is composed of over 20 experts and professional technicians. The compilation will be finished on October 31, 2007 according to the schedule.
