Black-necked cranes soaring at Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

Tibet has become the world’s largest winter habitat for black-necked cranes, with the total number of more than 8,000, accounting for over 80 percent of the global number, according to data from the Department of Environmental Protection, Tibet Autonomous Region.
