Lhasa, capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, has put 128 new gas-electric hybrid buses on its roads this year, local authorities said Friday.

A cello concert performed by Drolma Tsering, the principal cellist of the Tibet Philharmonic Orchestra was staged in Lhasa, capital city of southwest China's Tibet, at the night of Nov. 11.

The change came last year when the local government reached an agreement with a network provider to offer internet services to the community at a preferential price.

On September 12, the Tibet Philharmonic Orchestra traveled to Hohhot in north China's Inner Mongolia to take part in the Fourth Western China Symphony Week.
