The effect picture of the Dekyi Norbu Children’s Park.[China Tibet News]

The Dekyi Norbu Children’s Park，the first modern children’s amusement park in Lhasa, capital of Tibet Autonomous Region , will open on June 1, 2013.

Themed on "happy in all seasons", the park will present children a paradise on the roof of the world by modern technology including lighting and sound experience, multimedia interaction, virtual reality, man-machine interaction and intelligent recognition.

"So far, most of the amusement facilities have been installed, and the rest of the assembling work is under way. The staff from both Beijing and Shenzhen will adjust their facilities in May," said Ding Guolin, head of the Technology Department of the Dekyi Norbu Children Amusement Park.

The park will be put into operation after its operation certificate is registered and all facilities are well installed and adjusted , Ding Guolin added.

The park is expected to be opened to the residents of Lhasa on June 1, the International Children’s Day.
