A medical team has been sent for tour physical checkup, making normal medical service available for herdsmen in remote Zhongba County in southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region.

Located in the westernmost of Shigatse Prefecture, Zhongba is a nomadic county with over 95% of its population grazing throughout the year, who cannot receive a regular medical service.

The medical team from the county's health service center has planned a tour physical checkup for a week in nearby villages and towns including Kela.

The medical team contains 10 doctors, who will give out free drugs to local herdsmen as well.

So far, the medical team has given physical checkup for hundreds of herdsmen in 13 villages and towns of the county.
