Medical staffs stood to their posts during the "golden week" holiday of Chinese National Day, in order to make sure that all the residents can enjoy their eight-day holiday in Lhasa, capital of Tibet Autonomous Region.

In the People’s Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region, the clinic building recently coming into service has been well-equipped with modern facilities, where patients are queuing up for registration and pharmacy, and ushers are guiding the patients in Chinese and Tibetan bilingually.

The treatment area for children in the hospital looks like an amusement park, in which the children patients are given treatments. "Children are easier to be sick during holiday, due to the large changes of temperature , and it is worthy that we sacrifice our holidays to cure these children timely," said Ling Yun, nurse in charge from pediatrics of the hospital.
