Maizhokunggar invests 1.3 bln yuan on Lindgrenite exploitation
The local government of Maizhokunggar County recently signed the cooperation agreement on lindgrenite exploitation with Tibet Tianren Mining Company in Chengdu, Sichuan Province.
The cooperation aims to exploit the bangpu lindgrenite mine found in Maizhokunggar, east of Lhasa, another step of the government's ambition to comprehensively develop its mining resources.
The initial stage investment for this mining project is estimated to exceed 1.3 billion yuan.
