Two key economic and trade fairs are expected to be held at the 60th anniversary of the founding of Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province.

One is "Investment Promotion and Project Signing Ceremony in Garze", aiming to promote the level of investment, increase the popularity and develop local distinctive industries.

Such a high-level and high-quality fair will vividly present a new image of Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.

Over 100 investment enterprises will be invited to the fair planning to promote 18 counties and Hailuogou Administration Bureau.

The total investment is estimated to reach 24.8 billion yuan, covering 154 projects of 6 pillar industries.

Meanwhile, nine counties are to sign eighteen promotion projects on site, with the estimated investment to hit 8.6 billion yuan.

The other fair is "the 1st Awarding Ceremony for Famous Brands and Trade Fair for Distinctive Products in Garze", aiming to promote brands of local distinctive products, speed up the development and protection of its distinctive products, boost the transformation of trade growth pattern and increase farmers and herders' income.

The first five famous brands will be awarded together, such as products with snowy highland characteristics.

The five-day trade fair is expected to attract more than sixty enterprises to exhibit their distinctive products.

At present, all preparative work is going in full swing.
