The 2013 private enterprise recruitment week in Tibet Autonomous Region and the 21st Human Resource Job Fair in Lhasa have been launched by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Employment Bureau of Tibet Autonomous Region on July 10, 2013.

The recruitment week is held for all kinds of job applicants including college graduates, vocational graduates and migrant workers in cities seeking jobs through multi-channels and various forms of employment.

The main service of the recruitment week is targeted at the college graduates and vocational graduates in Tibet who are hunting for jobs, in the meantime, taking into account migrant workers in cities, all kinds of the unemployed and groups who have difficulties in finding jobs.

The recruitment week aims to help the private enterprises on staff recruitment and promote the development of the enterprises.

There are altogether 139 enterprises that have attended the recruitment week, providing 3071 posts which are involved of more than 90 types.

More than 4,500 person-times were attracted to the job fair on the very day, among whom, 2,389 applicants have preliminarily made employment agreement, over 3,900 person-times have enjoyed policy consultation and 3,863 person-times have accepted vocational guidance.

The job fair also provides comprehensive services including labor negotiation, post information publishing, employment registering and policy advocacy.

Ma Xiangcun, the director the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Tibet said that Tibet will take measures to broaden employment channels and provide good service for the college graduates on employment.
