Tibet-themed photo exhibition opened in Jinan

The photographic exhibition "Tibet in my heart" opened in Jinan, capital of east China's Shandong Province on Feb.23, 2013, which was the first time for the Shandong Province to hold such an activity.

Over a hundred aid-Tibet cadres and shutterbugs attended the opening ceremony.

The exhibition showed over 1,000 pieces of works, among which three won the "Special Collection Award", including Tibetan Girl, Sky Road, and Auspicious Holy Land. In addition, six pieces of works won the "Golden Collection Award", 20 won the "Silver Collection Award" and 29 won the "Bronze Collection Award".

At the opening ceremony, Che Gang, vice chairman of the Tibetan Photographers Association and a famous photographer, presented a slide show on the Tibetan natural scenery and human landscape to the guests. He also shared his Tibetan stories and photographing experiences with the guests.

The "Tibet in my heart" photo exhibition was planned by the Administration Group of the Sixth Generation of Aid-Tibet Cadres Center of Shandong Province and Jinan Municipal Literary Federation.
