Tibet’s largest farm products wholesale market starts doing business
Tibet’s largest farm and sideline products wholesale market, which is located at in the east suburb of the Chengguan District of Lhasa, capital city of SW China's Tibet Autonomous Region officially started its business on June 9, reported by the Xinhua news agency.
This market covers more than400 acres and can admit over 1,000 operators for doing business.
It is predicted that the annual average sales volume of the farm and sideline products in the market will number to almost 40,000 tons, therein it will become the farm and sideline products distribution center that is centered in Lhasa and involves the whole region.
