25 distinct eco-toilets in scenic areas made a plus for tourism service in the Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, northwest China's Qinghai Province.

Yushu  is located at the Sanjiangyuan aera, where the three rivers of the Yangtze River, the Yellow River and the Lancang River origin, and has a fragile ecological environment. Therefore, the toilets built here are different from those in the city. In order to minimize damage to the environment, those toilets are built with environment friendly materials, with 78 square meters each.

Those toilets incorporate both Tibetan architectural features and wooden-style features. In addition to the unique outer appearances, the inside facilities are completely furnished with corresponding signs.
