From June 17 to 18, the working meeting of forestry was held in Lhasa.  In his speech, Zhang Qingli, secretary-general of Tibet Autonomous Region said the meeting aimed to promote the development of forestation in the region, making strategies of the reform, and establish an important ecologically safe barrier. It was also the adoptive measures of the 5th Tibet Work Forum held by China's central government.
