Up to now, Lhasa, capital of the Tibet Autonomous Region, has completed construction of 60 parks and more local residents spend their leisure time in the parks.

The green field occupies 78% of the acreage of parks in Lhasa. And effective measures have been taken to protect these parks.

As one of the most famous parks in Lhasa, Dzongyab Lukhang Park covers 205,000 square meters with about 700,000 trees after renovation. Its green field reaches 118,000 square meters.
