Drolma Traditional Ethnic Costume Weaving Factory is located in a small building with unique Tibetan style in the Gadong Town of Bainang County, Shigatse Prefecture of southwest Tibet Autonomous Region. It provides Tibetan handiworks including traditional pulu（woolen fabric）and Tibetan boots.

The factory was established by 37-year-old Pasang Drolma, who started her traditional weaving study since 18. At the beginning, she had only 10,000 yuan (1614 U.S. dollars) to start her business. In 2012, the small guarantee fiscal interest loans policy issued by the Tibet Branch of Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) brought Pasang Drolma good news. She obtained a loan of 200,000 yuan(32280 U.S. dollars) from the bank to expand her factory, establish the new workshops and hire engineers.

With the bank's support, Pasang Drolma's factory has developed rapidly, and now there are 45 employees who are all women, of which the number has greatly increased compared with its beginning of establishment. Now the factory has achieved revenue of over 800,000 yuan (129040 U.S. dollars) every year with an annually profit of above 200,000 yuan(32280 U.S. dollars).

The factory adopts built-to-order sales mode for its 13 kinds of products including Tibetan hats, Tibetan boots and Tibetan robes. The products are behind the requirement of market, winning reputation at home and abroad.

In recent years, the Tibet Branch of ABC has constantly innovated the loan management mode, summarized the experience of loan management, and adopted targeted lending mechanism based on the unique women entrepreneurship in the urban and rural areas of Tibet.

By the end of February, 2014, a total loan balance of 10.01 million yuan(about 1.6 million U.S. dollars) for women has been reached and 11.47 million yuan (about 1.8 million U.S. dollars) has been provided to the women in Tibet by the Tibet Branch of ABC, helping altogether 233 women on their way to being rich successfully.
