It is reported that the original Jin Lu neighborhood committee was located in the deep mountains at an altitude of nearly 4,000 meters. Since 2001, the Jin Lu neighborhood committee moved out of the mountains and resettled.

A new Jin Lu neighborhood committee has gradually formed with the support of the Comfortable Housing Project and Poverty Alleviation Removal Project.
