"Gesang" flower in Tibetan language means "happiness". It is a kind of ordinary flowers growing at the highlands in Tibet.

Although the flower looks thin and fragile, it can endure the craziest wind on the earth, hearvy rains and other bad weather on the plateau. The "Gesang" flower is widely liked by locals and tourists in Tibet for its brilliant surviving ability.

A traveler in Tibet wrote in his blog that "In Tibet and Yunnan province where you can find many kinds of colorful flowers, the local people all name them Gesang flower.In facts, they are wild flower,for it is so widely seen that few people could be remember the exact name. For many years, local people call them Gesang flower. The reason why I love them so much that wherever the seeds were covered by soil and when spring is coming,the different colors of "Gesang" flowers will bloom with the wind."
