Zetang hand-spinning technique is one of the precious Intangible Cultural Heritages in Tibet, and now it is also a mature industry in Nedong County, Lhoka Prefecture of Tibet.
To ease the employment pressure, local authorities assembled many job-seekers to learn this skills.
