Tibetan Buddhism artifact show opens in Shenzhen

"Mt. Qomolangma on Clouds of Harmony: A Tibetan Buddhism Artifact Show" opened at the Folk Culture Hall of Shenzhen Museum on December 29, 2016.
The exhibition, which will run until May 3, 2017, is co-hosted by Shenzhen Museum, Tibet Museum, the Potala Palace, the Norbulingka Palace, Southeast Tibetan Cultural Heritage Museum of Nyingchi.
The exhibition has three parts: Part 1, "Voices of the Plateau" shows the relation between the Chinese central government and Tibet in history;
Part 2, "A Destiny with Buddhism" demonstrates the rich background, historical achievements and art appeal of culture in the region;
and Part 3, "The Character of Ritual Ware" shows mainly Tibetan Buddhism artifacts to reveal the wisdom and excellent craftsmanship of the Tibetan people.
